Charles R. Monroe

Charles R. was born in June 1882.¹ Charles R.'s father is Lauchlin Bethune Monroe and his mother is Sallie Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Charles M. Monroe and Margaret Saphronia Bethune. He has three sisters named Flora A., Alice C. and Mary B.. He is the oldest of the four children.
