Frankie Eunice was born on September 28th, 1909 in Allen, Collin Co., Texas.1 Frankie Eunice's father was Charles Emerson Milner and her mother was Mattie "Mamie" Noblett. Her paternal grandparents were John Thomas Milner and Martha Butler; her maternal grandfather was Asa William Noblett and her maternal grandmother is Mary Anne Butler. She had a sister named Eula Mae. She was the younger of the two children. She died at the age of 88 on October 24th, 1997 in Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas.1 -
