William Thomas Millraney 
William Thomas was born about 1852 in Surrey or Stockes Co., North Carolina.1 William Thomas' father is Joseph H. Millraney and his mother is Lavina 'Viny' Morton. His paternal grandparents were James Millraney and Rachel Unknown. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John T., Joel, Frank Aaron, Mary, Sarah, Rachel and Susanah 'Susan'. He is the fourth youngest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers named Logan and John F. Andred.
‌William Thomas and Lucy Ann were married in a religious ceremony on July 31st, 1872 in Coffe Co., Tennessee.1 They had seven sons and three daughters, named John, William T., Harris, Morris H., Carl Edgar, Alton, Harvey, Sarah F. 'Sally', Annie L. and Lucy.
