William Henry Maxey 
William Henry was born on January 1st, 1863 in WARREN COUNTY, KY.1 William Henry's father was Chambers Irwin Maxey and his mother was Mary M Fox. His paternal grandparents were Edward Maxey and Judy White. He had two sisters named Anna and Sarah E. He was the second oldest of the three children.
