John Alexander Maultsby 
John Alexander was born on August 26th, 1905.1 John Alexander's father was John Selph Maultsby and his mother was Flora Isabella Bethune. His maternal grandparents were Maximillan D. Bethune and Margaret Jane Blue. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Bethune, Jennings Tolar, Estelle and Carrie Belle. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 75 on August 10th, 1981.1 General Notes
