William Perry,Jr. was born on July 2nd, 1892.1 William Perry,Jr.'s father was William Perry Lynch and his mother is Martha Elizabeth Sanders. His paternal grandfather is Martin Alonzo Lynch and his paternal grandmother was Nancy Graham.
