Upsilon Phi Lockhart 
Upsilon Phi was born on February 29th, 1908 in Glendale, Bell Co., Texas.1 Upsilon Phi's father was Thomas Jefferson Lockhart and his mother was Martha Louise Hurt. His paternal grandfather is Samuel Webester Lockhart and his paternal grandmother was Josephine Christina Graham. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Delta Epsilon, Lewis Buckner Hightower, Theta Lota, Omricon Pi, Alpha Omega, Beta Gamma, Zeta Eta, Lambda Mu and Rhoes Sigma.
