Mell Avalon Kendrick 
Mell Avalon was born on January 23rd, 1909 in Lowell, Benton Co., Arkansas.1 Mell Avalon's father was Martin Allen Kendrick and her mother is Susan Mertie Lewis. Her paternal grandfather is Seth William Kendrick and her paternal grandmother was Elizabeth Graham. She had three brothers and a sister, named William Murrell, Frank Melzer, Seth William and Mavia Jane. She was the third oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 78 in August 1987 in Longwood, Seminole Co., Flordia.1 General Notes
