Hope Howland 
Hope was born on August 30th, 1629 in Plymouth, Plymouth Co., Mass.1 Hope's father was John Howland and her mother was Elizabeth Tilley. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Howland and Alice Aires; her maternal grandparents were John Tilley and Joan Hurst. She was an only child. She died at the age of 54 on January 8th, 1684 in Barnstable, Barnstable Co., Mass.1 General Notes
