Phillip Howard

Phillip was born about 1812.¹   Phillip's father is Clement Clem Howard and his mother is UNKNOWN Unknown. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Clement, George, James, Rebecca, Malinda, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Sabena.
