Myrtle Estelle Herndon 
Myrtle Estelle was born on October 26th, 1908 in Sharon, Kansas.1 Myrtle Estelle's father was Joseph Jefferson Herndon and her mother was Minnie Amanda Basham. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Basham and Martha Ann Warren. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Joseph Guy, Curtis Monroe, Walter Clare, Clyde, Leonard Isaac, Buela Viola, Mary Ethel, Minnie Olive and Eunice La Vina. She was the third youngest of the ten children. She died in Wichita, Kansas. She was buried in Anthony, Kansas.1 1 General Notes
