Phoebe Harman 
Phoebe was born in 1785.1 Phoebe's father was Mathias Harman and her mother was Lydia Skaggs. Her maternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Rachel Unknown. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Mathias,Jr., Adam, Louisa, Catherine and Rebecca. She is the youngest of the seven children.General Notes
