William Hall 
William was born about 1826.1 William's father was John Coffey Hall and his mother was Elizabeth T. Garnett. His paternal grandparents were John (Judge) (R W) Hall and Grizelle Coffey. He has two brothers and a sister, named John Garnett, Henry Clay and Polixina Penelope. He is the oldest of the four children.
