James Grigsby 
James was born in 1686.1 James' father was John Grigsby and his mother was Sarah Jane Prosser. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Grigsby and Elizabeth Bankes. He had four brothers and a sister, named John,Jr., Charles Wilkerson, William W., Thomas and Mary Ann. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 66 on April 11th, 1752.1 General Notes
