Carrie Gibson

Carrie was born on February 21st, 1877 in Lawrence Co., Alabama.¹   Carrie's father is Christopher Columbus Gibson and her mother was Emaline Rhodes.  Her maternal grandparents are William Rhodes and Margaret Parker. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Isaac Rector, Charles, Leatha Sophrona and Frances Ellen.  She was the second youngest of the five children. She had a half-brother named James Alexander.  She died at the age of 91 on October 26th, 1968 in Cullman Co., Alabama.¹ 

‌Carrie and Marion were married in a religious ceremony on August 11th, 1915 in Cullman Co., Alabama.¹
