John Bryan Gause 
John Bryan was born on April 28th, 1831 in Brunswick County, NC.1 John Bryan's father is Bryan Gause and his mother is UNKNOWN Eleanor. His paternal grandfather was Needham Gause and his paternal grandmother is Hannah Frink. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Joseph W., Needham, Henry Taylor, Margaret Ann, Athalia Ann, Elmer Eliza and Evander McCluster. He had a half-sister named Nancy. He died at the age of 73 on August 3rd, 1904.1 -
