William Fox

William was born about 1838.¹   William's father was Philip Fox and his mother is Ann Hairsine.  His maternal grandparents were Charles Hairsine and Mary Shipley. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Charles, Thomas, George, Rebecca, Mary, Melissa, Jane and Charlotte.  He is the youngest of the nine children.

‌William and Eliza were married in a religious ceremony about 1859.¹   They have three daughters named Agatha, Manona and Nellie.
