Opal Foster 
Opal was born on June 1st, 1912 in Vernal, Uintah Co., Utah.1 Opal's father was Hayden Foster and her mother was Hattie 'B' Javins. Her maternal grandparents were Euell Thomas Javins and Elizabeth Jane Smith. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Javis Hayden, Living, Ruby, Pearl and Gladys. She died at the age of 60 on March 4th, 1973 in Portland, Multnomah Co., Oregon.1 General Notes
