Cynthia Ann was born in 1839.1 Cynthia Ann's father is Elijah Etherton and her mother is Mary Pierce. Her paternal grandparents were Moses Etherton and Rachel Skaggs. She had five brothers and three sisters, named James A., William Frank, John P., Sylvester, Robert J., Sarah, Louisa Eliza and Eliza. She is the fifth oldest of the nine children. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Louis, Melvina, Lorinda, Mariah and Mary.General Notes
