Jacob Isem Durbin

Jacob Isem was born on March 2nd, 1876 in Sunfish, Kentucky.¹   Jacob Isem's father was John Durbin and his mother was Elizabeth Brown. He had five sisters named Sarah Elizabeth, Mary Ann, Alice E., Mioma and Nancy Agnes.  He was the third youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 64 on December 30th, 1940 in Somerset, Kentucky.¹ 

‌Jacob Isem and Nancy Belle were married in a religious ceremony.¹   They had four sons and seven daughters, named Edwin, Jacob Lawrence, Johnny, Unnamed, Durbin, Lillie Belle, Alice Gertrude, Mary Francis, Naomi Hazel, Nora Elizabeth, Pearl and Silvie Agnes.
