Hezekiah was born on March 30th, 1712 in Truro, MA..1 Hezekiah's father was Hezekiah Doane and his mother was Hannah Ruhamah Snow. His paternal grandfather was Ephriam Doane and his paternal grandmother is Mercy Knowles; his maternal grandfather was John Snow and his maternal grandmother is Mary Smalley. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Nehemiah, Ephraim, Elisha, Mary, Hannah, Apphia and Rachel. He had two half-brothers named Joseph and Joseph. He died at the age of 59 in 1771 in New Hanover Co. NC..1 General Notes
