Rosa Lee Despain 
Rosa Lee was born on May 22nd, 1879 in Kentucky.1 Rosa Lee's father was Lewis Oscar DeSpain and her mother was Amanda Jane Johnson. Her paternal grandparents are John DeSpain and Malinda A. Bazor; her maternal grandparents were Thornton Johnson and Nancy Lee. She had two brothers and two sisters, named George M., John Henry, Mary Green and Emile T.. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 83 on July 27th, 1962 in Green Co., Kentucky. She was buried in DeSpain Cemetery, LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
