Laura Verna Culp

Laura Verna was born on May 21st, 1887 in Gatesville, Coryell Co., Texas.¹   Laura Verna's father was Josiah Sephur Culp and her mother was Dora Coldiron.  Her paternal grandparents are Josiah C. Culp and Rachel Eaton. She had two brothers named Otto and Ollie. She had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Arthur, Edgar, Burford, Murtree, Clev and Joddie.  She died at the age of 88 on April 13th, 1976 in Stevenville, Texas.¹ 

‌Laura Verna and Elbert Franklin were married in a religious ceremony in July 1913.¹   They had a son named Clifford Franklin.
