Virginia Jane Cornett

Virginia Jane was born in 1847 in Perry Co., Kentucky.¹ Virginia Jane's father is Elijah Combs Cornett and her mother was Cynthia Grigsby. Her maternal grandparents are John Grigsby and Martha Campbell. She has six brothers and four sisters, named Daniel, Benjamin, William G., Nancy, Elhannon, Mattison, Cealy, Isabell, Elvira and Martha. She is the oldest of the eleven children.
