Anna was born on October 10th, 1862 in Magoffin Co., Kentucky.1 Anna's father was Francis Combs and her mother was Rhoda Ritchie. Her maternal grandfather was John Ritchie and her maternal grandmother is Sylvania Sizemore. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Andrew, George, Amy, Kizzie, Isabell, Nancy Ann, Mary Angeline and Sally. She died at the age of 58 on July 18th, 1921.1 General Notes
