Neil Ray Blanton

Neil Ray was born on March 8th, 1929 in Loris, Horry Co., South Carolina.¹ Neil Ray's father was David Everett Blanton and his mother was Rhoda Frances Graham. His maternal grandparents were David Walker Graham and Frances Holt. He had three brothers and two sisters, named David Madison, Ansel, Thurman Lorenzo, Genevieve and Patricia Ann.
