Ruby Neal was born on July 3rd, 1921.1 Ruby Neal's father was James Hamilton Bassham and her mother was Lennie M. Carter. Her paternal grandparents were Jefferson Wiley Bassham and Minerva A. Faust. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named Loal Amos, Eldon Clay, Gertie Lucille, Clifford E., Living, Living, Living, Living, Living and Living. She died at the age of 55 on August 26th, 1976 in Richland, Benton Co., Washington.1 General Notes
