Thomas Kirksey was born on May 26th, 1900 in Tennessee.1 Thomas Kirksey's father was Robert Hinegar Basham and his mother was Louiza M (Eliza) Boston. His paternal grandparents were Martin Basham and Judith A. Richmond. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Fred A. H., William McKinley Dewitt, Robert G., Frank, Annie E. and Essie.
