Melvin E. Basham 
Melvin E. was born in 1940 in Roanoke, Virginia.1 Melvin E.'s father was Harry Lee Basham and his mother was Alice Emma Johns. His paternal grandparents were Stonewall S. Basham and Flora Thompasson. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Harry Sylvester, Living, Claude, Living, Living, Living, Living, Living and Living. He died at the age of 26 in 1966.1 General Notes
