Rebecca Alcy was born in September 1810 in Attakpas Parish, Louisana.1 Rebecca Alcy's father was Hiram Allen and her mother is Mary Ann Susanna Unknown. Her paternal grandparents were John Benjamin Allen and Sarah Jane Sommers. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Unknown, John Calhoun, Nesbett, James W., Unknown, Sarah and Mary. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 90 on December 14th, 1900 in Kimball CO., Texas.1 General Notes
