Amos Crosby 
Amos was born on August 26th, 1853 in Corydon,Harrison Co,IN. Amos' father was George Crosby and his mother is Mary Detrich. His paternal grandparents were George Crosby and Susanna Evans. He had four brothers and six sisters, named John, James, Jacob, Robert, Susannah, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Martha, Annie and Margaret. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named George A, Levi, William, Hannah, Mary and Sarah. He died at the age of 95 on January 30th, 1949 in New Albany,Floyd Co,IN. He was buried in Wolfe Cem.,Georgetown,Harrison Co,IN.General Notes
