James Martin 
James was born about 1797 in Patrick County, Virginia.1 James' father was MOSES MARTIN and his mother was Adelphia. He had three brothers and three sisters, named William, Moses, John, TABITHA, Rebecca and Nancy.1 
James and Rebecca T. were married in a religious ceremony on October 3rd, 1838 in Patrick County, Virginia.1
