Jean Chrysostom was born about 1810 in Pointe Coupee, Louisiana.1 Jean Chrysostom's father was Nicolas Lacour and his mother was Celine Enet. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Lacour and Magdeline Armand; his maternal grandparents were Joseph Enet and Augustine Porche. He had three brothers named Jean Baptiste, Auguste and Joseph Alfred. He was the second youngest of the four children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Joseph Dagastile and Cydalize.1 -
