Hazel Rea was born on June 15th, 1913 in Optima, Texas County, Oklahoma.1 Hazel Rea's father was Harry Bateman Heath and her mother was Minnie Mary Giertz. Her maternal grandparents were JOSEPH Giertz and Emma Studiman. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Paul William, Paul W., Mabel Grace and Hazel Rae. She was the youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 75 on August 29th, 1988 in Guymon Hospital, Guymon, Oklahoma.1 -
