Jean Frederic dit Leonard 
Jean was born in 1715 in Behm Bishopic of Liege.1 Jean's father was Jean Baptiste Leonard dit Frederic and his mother was Marie Catherine Polan. He had a brother and a sister, named Jean Baptiste and Marie Catherine. He died at the age of 42 in 1757 in Pointe Coupee, Louisiana.1 
Jean and Marie Jeanne were married in a religious ceremony on June 10th, 1740 in New Orleans, Louisiana.1 They had a son and two daughters, named Joseph Frederic, Marie Anne and Marguerite Perrine.
