George Dyer

George was born in Pittsylvania Co., Virginia.¹ George's father was James Monroe Dyer and his mother was Winifred Tribble. His maternal grandfather was Shadrach B Tribble and his maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Coleman. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Charlton, James, Joseph, Robert, William, Mary, Winifred, Phoebe and Eleanor Ellender. He died about 1840 in Grainger Co., Tennessee. He was buried about 1840.¹¹
