Euphrosine Carriere 
Euphrosine was born in 1772 in Opelousas, Louisiana.1 Euphrosine's father was Jacques Carriere and her mother was Marie Louise LaVergne. She was an only child.1 
Euphrosine and Joseph Noel were married in a religious ceremony in 1794 in Opelousas, Louisiana.1 They had three sons and three daughters, and also a child of unknown gender, named Valery, Arsene, Joseph, Sophie, Celeste, Euphrosine and Julie.
