Margaret Capet

Margaret was born in 1158 in Paris, Seine, France.¹   Margaret's father was Louis "VII" Capet and her mother was Constance Alfonsez. She had a sister named Adelaide.  She was the older of the two children. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Philip Augustus "II", Mary, Alix, Agnes and Alice.  She died at the age of 39 in 1197 in St. Jean d'Acre, Galilee, Palestine.¹
