Roy Rice Brooks

Roy Rice was born on July 20th, 1881 in Wyoming Co., West Virginia.¹  He had a brother named Albany Carroll.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 96 in May 1978 in Pineville, Wyoming Co., West Virginia.¹ 

‌Roy Rice and Lake Erie were married in a religious ceremony on June 6th, 1910 in Wyoming Co., West Virginia.¹   They had two daughters named Velva Cornelia and Ina Catherine.
