His paternal grandfather was ROBERT George Belcher and his paternal grandmother is PHOEBE **Isham; his maternal grandparents were ALEXANDER Frogley and MARY. He had six brothers named James, William, RICHARD D., Robert, George and Isaac. He is the second oldest of the seven children.-
