Eleanor De was born in 1100 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England.  Eleanor De's father was Robert I De Beaumont and her mother was Isabel Elizabeth De Vermandois.  Her paternal grandparents were Roger De Beaumont and Adeliza Adeline De Mellant; her maternal grandparents were Hugh The Great' Crepi and Adelaide De Vermandois. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Robert Bossu The Just De, Waleran Lord De, Isabel Elizabeth De, Adeline De, Alice Dau Of Robert De and Maud De.  She was the second oldest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William De, Reginald De, Ella De, Ada De and Gundred De.


Eleanor De's family with Hamon II Massey

‌Eleanor De and Hamon II were married in a religious ceremony about 1124 in Dunham Massey, Cheshire, England.  They had a son named Hamon III Baron De.
