Sibilla was born about 1105 in Anjou, France.  Sibilla's father was Foulques V Anjou and her mother was Ermangarde Ermentrude De Maine.  Her paternal grandparents were Foulques IV Rechin Anjou and Bertrade De Montfort; her maternal grandparents were Helias De La Fleche Count Du Maine and Maud De Chateau Du Loire. She had a half-brother named Aumary I De Anjou King Of.  She died in 1165 in Abbey Of St Lazarus, Bethlethem.

‌Sibilla and Dietrich were married in a religious ceremony in 1134 in France.  They had a son and a daughter, named Matthieu Of and Margaret Of.
