Anna KILCOYNE, 82, retired teacher
Anna KILCOYNE, 82, of McDermott died Saturday Oct. 23, 1993, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
Born Oct. 30, 1910 in Portsmouth, daughter of the late Rome G. and Bessie A. McKINLEY ARTHUR, she was a retired teacher with 40 years serivce in the Portsmouth Public School system, a graduate of Ohio University, member of Holy Redeemer Church and Retired Teachers Association and an avid bingo player.
She was preceeded in death by her husband, Thomas Carrigan KILCOYNE whom she married Jan. 23, 1970.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Pat and Sandra KILCOYNE with whom she made her home; one brother, Robert ARTHUR of Portsmouth; one grandson, two step granddaughters and two great granddaughters.
Services will be under the direction of F. C. DAEHLER Mortuary and interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery.
There will be no visitation hours and a Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
NOTE: Anna's husband Thomas died 23 Jan 1970 that is not when they got married.
