James B. Clark

James B. was born on December 15th, 1823 in Mt. Carmel, Fleming, Kentucky, USA.¹   James B.'s father was John Blair Clark and his mother was Martha Terhune.  His paternal grandparents are John Owen Clark and Mary Blair; his maternal grandparents were Albert Terhune and Nancy Carter. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Santford Terhune, Albert Houston, John Fletcher, William Thomas, Mary Ann and Susan D..  He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had two half-sisters named Matilda and Marinda.  He died at the age of 14 on September 10th, 1838.¹
