Byron George was born on February 12th, 1879 in Warren Co, Iowa.1 Byron George's father was George Yount and his mother was Catherina Van Brunt. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Yount and Eva Sinks. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Albert B, Infant, Infant, Edward, Eva, Carrie, Nina and Mary.
