George Balthasar Young 
George Balthasar was born on May 4th, 1766 in Philadephia, Philadephia Co., Pa.. George Balthasar's father was George I (Jung) Young and his mother was Rosina Hoffman. His maternal grandparents were Hans Peter Hoffman and Maria Appolonia Traut. He had four brothers and two sisters, named George II, Johann David, Philippa, George David, Marie Dorothea and Cahterina.
