James Woolley 
James was born on October 7th, 1749 in Shrewsbury, Monmouth, New Jersey.1 James' father was Stephen Woolley and his mother was Ruth Tucker. His maternal grandparents were James Tucker and Leah White. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Elihu, John, Peter, Clayton, Asa, Christopher, Zilpah and Ruth. He was the second oldest of the ten children.
