James Wilson 
James was born on July 13th, 1743 in Cumberland Co, PA. James' father was John Wilson and his mother was Nancy Breckenridge. His paternal grandparents are Thomas Wilson and Elizabeth UNKNOWN. He had four brothers named Hugh, John, William and Samuel. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 55 on June 8th, 1799 in Chillicothe, Ross, OH.General Notes
