Rachel Effie Wallace 
Rachel Effie was born in 1860 in ,Kanawha,W. Virginia. Rachel Effie's father was Alexander Wallace II and her mother was Evaline Newhouse. Her paternal grandparents were Alexander Wallace I and Agnes Harrison. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Isaiah (Zed) Zacariah, Mordecia D., Clarence G., Henretta A., Nancy (Nan) A., Harriet Alice, Grace Lee and Blanche. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 67 on January 15th, 1927 in Ft. Worth,Tarrant,Texas. She was buried in January 1927.-
