Ann was born in 1614 in Risley, Derbyshire, England.  Ann's father was Henry WILLOUGHBY and her mother was Elizabeth KNOLLYS.  Her paternal grandfather was John WILLOUGHBY and her paternal grandmother is Frances HAWE; her maternal grandfather was Henry KNOLLYS and her maternal grandmother is Margaret CAVE. She had four sisters named Margaret, Mary, Frances and Mary (Ann).  She was the second youngest of the five children.  She died at the age of 74 on June 2nd, 1688.  She was buried in 1688 in , Wilne, Derbyshire, England.
